So I have to pay $15 for a $3 bottle because THEY couldn't leave it at the store, perhaps soon we will ALL Pay more for shipping as well to help cover the high cost of "free" shipping supplies. Yeah probably the same people who HOARDED every last bottle of rubbing alcohol from every store for 15 miles around and are now selling them here at a huge markup, padding with "free" usps supplies since they're barely making a dime. No surprise there, how they didn't realize it would be $8 to ship one quart of liquid because of weight, however in terms of ignorance it's also no surprise. Probably been pilfered by all these postage-dodging sellers who seem to think that PFREs are an acceptable way to wrap items for shipping Parcel Post and Media Mail.
